Looking Into the Eyes

For when I look in the eyes
of the days ahead
I see great success and
rewarded lives to live
For when I close these
very eyes of mine
I see a great impact
others will have on me
And the lives I’ve touched
and the things I’ve said
Will stay for a while and
linger on to distances
For all this is only part of
what I may dream
Its only a patch in the field
of my hopes & whishes
A hope to live peacefully and
a whish to impact others
And a future to plant seeds
in the felid of mine My field
of dreams
